Common questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in one click from "Manage Billing" in your account menu. No emails, no phone calls, no hoops. You keep access until your billing period ends.

What can I do with credits?

Generate images (1 credit), create videos (5 credits), and train custom characters on your photos (80 credits, or free with your plan allowance). Subscription credits roll over for 1 month, so unused credits from January are valid through February.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. If you upgrade, you get fresh credits immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.

How is payment handled?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can pay with any major credit card.
